Two men brandishing handguns robbed the Wendy's at 1501 Quintard Avenue on Saturday night.
The men — both wearing ski-masks and gloves — approached the counter around 9:50 p.m. and demanded money, Anniston police reported.
Employees complied, and the men left on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, said investigators.
No injuries were reported in the incident.
Police had made no arrests in the case as of Monday afternoon.
Investigators said there are similarities between the incident and the April 16 robbery of the Rally's restaurant at 400 South Quintard Ave.
